The successful candidate will be responsible for numerous tasks involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. Such tasks will include dispatching and managing service requests, inventory management, technical support and technical service.

Responsibilities: - Dispatch and manage service requests as received by customers - Ensure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction - Manage inventory (ordering, shipping and stock levels) - Provide technical support to Field Technicians as required - Maintain and repair ATMs within the Ottawa area

Education/Background: - Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience - Hands-on ATM and/or PC repair experience in a customer field environment preferred

Basic Qualifications: - Excellent computer, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills - Valid drivers license - Must pass comprehensive background/criminal check - Vehicle required
