
With its head office located in Ottawa, ClearCard ATM Service Network Inc. is dedicated to providing the highest possible uptime for Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).
Through partnerships with Canada's leading ATM providers, ClearCard is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of over 2000 ATMs across Canada.
The successful candidate will be responsible for numerous tasks involved in the day-to-day
operations of the business. Such tasks will include dispatching and managing service requests,
inventory management, technical support and technical service.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and manage service requests as received by customers
- Ensure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory (ordering, shipping and stock levels)
- Provide technical support to Field Technicians as required
- Maintain and repair ATMs within the Ottawa area
Education/Background:
- Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on ATM and/or PC repair experience in a customer field environment preferred
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent computer, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Valid drivers license
- Must pass comprehensive background/criminal check
- Vehicle required
